I found a poem book I made in 3rd grade called "Family Poems" These are amazing! I don't know why my parents didn't turn me in as a child prodigy to the news. Here are some examples (without correcting spelling or grammer)
There was a little boy named Jace
Who had a best friend named Pace
They went to the park
And then it got dark,
So they ran home tripped and fell on their face.
My aunt is a sweet heart,
And has neat art.
My aunt is so dear,
And has two ears.

There once was a dad named Jon,
Who had a best friend named Ron.
They thought they'd take a trip,

And love to eat rice
The next two are haiku's

Hello! My name is Katie Woodstock as you probably know. It's on the covor. I like animals but most of all I like monkeys. But I could never have a monkey for a pet. So if I was going to have a house pet I'd have a kitten. But my dad is allergic to them. So I'd have a bird or a fish for a pet. My favorite color is maroon. I have 1 sister and 4 brothers. if your a girl you'd probably hate to be me. And I most enjoy playing on the computers, reading and sleeping. Hope you enjoyed the book.

Now back to present day. What a trip huh? You should see the pictures I drew for them. Even funnier. And I'm pretty sure this is the grade I learned the difference between to and too, your and you're, their and there...I guess it didn't stick much :)

You should scan those in so you can see your pictures and your little girl writing! I am so bummed that my scanner doesn't work I miss a lot with my kids!
Priceless! Jamen will be glad to know you thought he was a "wonderful brother"! By the way, I think it's time to update your family photo, Spencer just looks way too different now!
