Spencer was baptized on Saturday, January 6, 2018 by his Father Steve.
Usually all the kids with the same birth month are baptized on the same day but Spencer was the only December birthday in our area so he got the day all to himself. He was so excited and cute. And grown up! As I was watching him in baptismal font with Steve it all of the sudden hit me how old he was getting and how quickly it was happening.
We had a lot of family and friends come to support him.
Spencer asked me to give a talk about Baptism and I gave him a kit KAT bar to help him remember the promises he was making when he was baptized.
Amber wasn't able to make it up for the baptism but Grace and Taylor came up with Grandma and Grandpa Woodstock. Grace filled in and spoke about the Holy Ghost. She did a really great job.
He was given the advice by many people to go home and write his thoughts while they were fresh in his mind. So he did. Love my amazing young man.
