Happy Birthday to my first born Spencer.
This poor kid did not have the birthday he was hoping for. It was his year to have a big friend birthday, but Taylor came to visit the week before and her family ended up having COVID. We were being extra cautious with Christmas coming up so we had him quarantine at home from school and cancelled his party. He was really sad and disappointed about all of it. We ended up doing a make up party in the spring, but for his actual birthday, even though he was disappointed he tried to have a good attitude about it. One of the many reasons why I love him.
Asked for apple pie from Grandma Oliver for his birthday “cake”.
