Spencer's Arrow of Light

Spencer was awarded the Arrow of Light - the highest honor in Cub Scouts. He worked hard, and his leaders pushed him hard, to earn his Bear, Webelos and Arrow of Light in one year. Along with several other of his fellow scouts.
