It's hard to believe I have a 3-year-old. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating his 1st birthday. Where did the last 2 years go? Spencer had a really fun birthday. Krista and the boys came over with my dad. We had chocolate chip pancakes for dinner and then opened presents.
This is the only picture I got of Spencer's birthday before my camera battery died. Luckily my dad and his cell phone camera came to the rescue.

Much to Spencer's delight he got totally spoiled for his birthday. Potato heads (some of them Star wars themed-which he is a big fan of) and a cool dragon from the Woodstock clan. He got a basketball hoop from Amber's family and a lunch date with my dad. Grandma Oliver gave him some cool new Car PJ's. Steve and I also gave him some new winter pj's and a doctor's kit. He has been obsessed with doctors lately, and loves giving anyone, who will sit still long enough, a check up.
He loved hearing everyone sing to him. For weeks afterward he would randomly start singing "Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday Spencer. Happy birthday Spencer. Happy birthday you. Happy birthday you." ......Yeah we need to work on it.
